LAKE STATES TAPPI – Kick-Off Meeting”

This year's kick-off meeting is being held in the Fox Valley area..

A morning shotgun, scramble golf outing is planned at Royal St. Patrick’s Links, with dinner after the golf outing.

Those submitting their registration with their fee, postmarked by August 1 will be assigned holes on a 1^st come, 1st serve basis.  Later registrations will be assigned as space is available.  Foursome sponsors and all singles will be notified of their hole assignment via phone, fax or email.  The handicapped scramble will have prizes for the first three teams and individual pin events.

Check-in registration will be at the main entrance of the golf course club house.  Golf clubs will be unloaded, tagged, and placed on golf carts for your assigned hole. 

Beverage carts will also be available throughout the day on a cash basis.

 Lunch will be provided at the turn, with the standard fine cuisine of brats, hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans, and one beverage.

Registration fees:

Please make check payable to: Lake States Section of TAPPI postmarked by August 1, 2008.

 Registration also includes Lake States TAPPI annual membership fee.
